Just another exhaust question with vid clips...

Okay, so I'm getting antsy and my finger is itchin to pull the trigger on an exhaust system...

first, i must say that i love the sound on Cpl's clip of his SLP LM2
Video of slplm2 - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

i know Corsa is one of the big dogs amongst the community, but is this really how it sounds???
YouTube - Chrysler 300c w/ Corsa Exhaust

I know each vid cam has different recording qualities, and that is the only clip i've found with a 300c (5.7) with Corsas...to me that sound isn't "beefy" enough

i have no problems spendin the "gouda" for a quality product as I want what is truly best for my 300, so if there is really a reason that Corsa is one of the best, than I'm all for it...

i also know that many will say it is a matter of preference and opinion...i'm aware of drone issues, but just as i seem to have a heavy foot i also have a heavy hand on the volume button.

as i have yet to meet anyone with another 300c locally and was unable to attend SF or the most recent NorCal meetup, i can only go off of video clips...input from y'all and my recollection of how my pops' magnaflows and flowmasters sounded on his chev. truck...

i appreciate any and all feedback in advance

It's more than just loudness. Just because you have a loud exhaust it does not mean it is more powerful than a quiet exhaust...but I know that you know that.

Corsa is known as a top notch exhaust without the extra noise. It looks great, fits great, and does not bother you while on a long trip...but when you need to push your baby down the road, the extra grunt sound and power will be there.

If you are a fan of a louder sounding car, Corsa is not for you.

Yup im aware of that, Corsa's is close to stock exhaust when riding smoothly but loud enough when you floor it. Also you wont get drone.

But for loud exhaust fan like me, you might find the Corsa's a bit boring. Tought if you liked the loudmouth you might be a loud exhaust type of guy.

Thanks for the compliment! I'm planning on adjusting my exhaust tommorrow in the AM (I have about 1 billion things to get done before I head up to E-Town this weekend) but I'm hoping on maybe sunday to go out w/ the camera and get some videos of how the exhaust sounds in all different forms of driving. If you can hold off till then, it might help w/ the decision. There is some drone, and you can hear MDS when it's on. But what other people call "drone" is the whole reason I thought you put on an exhaust, for it to be LOUD! But then again, my C isn't the loudest car I have, that would be my 77 F250 w/ a 460 and true duals w/ glasspacks

Also, I'd post in the regional forums and see if you can find someone close that has one of the systems you are interested in and will let you go for a ride in their car. That's why I love M&G!

I rode with SMK HEMI at SF this year and his Corsa's were amazing! Just a little too tame for my taste. Everyone seeems to like the Zoomers, but to be honest, I'm not really impressed.
