Unhappy Dead HEMIII

Well I just couldn't leave well enough alone, for the pursuit for speed I killed my Hemi, I am still in the processes on finding out what happened but it might of been the Nitrous that I used on my first run with it. ..at this point my car is in the shop with a very bad diagnostic report.....DEAD...

I am currently looking for my options: new 5.7, new 6.1 in AWD, Stroker, ??? or rebuilding "Big Cars" engine with new heads and cam ++++....I am not very happy but in this world, "If You Play You Pay" and have been Paying all my life. Here are a couple of pics of my Nitrous demise..

And here is my rental car....

Thanks Man!....for the encouraging words. ..I need it now.

So what happened? Were you racing or practicing quarter miles?
Was there at least any excitement before it went?
Thats real bad luck!

BB!
That is horrible news! A destroyed HEMI from just playing with some nitrous? I can't believe it! Reminds me of that commercial...it's not nice to fool mother nature...but rather to fool HEMI. It's all very disturbing and I'm sad for you and your C. Were you secretly planning on doing something so that you could end up with a new SRT??!!

Regardless, I hope you can find the outcome soon. If nothing else, you have a very nice substitute to drive. Hang in there my friend.

bruno

(p.s....how come all the homes in your lovely neighborhood are the same color?)
