The beauty about it...at least for me is that you ONLY hear it at WOT...I don't want the wifey/kids getting all huffy and puffy. It friggin roars at WOT....that alone is worth the $300

yeah, the new mild steel air hammer had an introductory price of $299. might still be going on. then the price goes up to $329. still a lot less than the aluminum and the stainless steel one, but same performance, as i understand.

Congratulations on your first mod install! With a little tweak you’ll achieve perfection. I’m sure the sound is totally bad arsed…..so enjoy! Thanks for the pics of this newer version of the rev’s stuff.

I have no experience with a CAI, and I was wondering, as I am contemplating the purchase of an airhammer...exactly how loud is the intake, and what kind of noises does it make (I heard some intakes make an annoying whistling sound)?...are these sounds noticeable?

I understand you expect loud at open throttle, but normal driving how does it sound? Also...does anybody have any experience with these things during winter time, or real rainy climates? Because I hear you can really mess up your engine bad if the intake sucks in water and/or snow

No contest. Like comparing a Mercedes with a Hyundai.

I don't see a shield to block under-hood heat. Am I just not seeing it or was it left off?
