I am sure these times have been posted before but for the life of me I can;t find them......we need danno to do some hardcore searching :-)

Anyway just thought I would see what time people are getting.

I have a stock '06 5.7 and have been consistently getting 6.22 using my flashpaq. I am still trying to work out which flashpaq tune is the best but I am having alot of traction issues

What times are other 5.7's getting?

Pusbum - when you do it do you set your system to MPH or measure it as 100KMH? I only ask this as 100kmh = 62.14mph. I other words if you are using KMH your reading will be higher.
regards Michaelr

ps if you are using kmh then your corrected MPH time would be 6.006 seconds

With Autostick and ESP OFF, you should be in the high-high 5's. There is no reason a 2 wheel drive 300c BONE STOCK shouldn't pull a 5.8 to 5.9 pretty consistently.

It's not good for the car, but you can rev to about 2-3000 RPM with your foot on the brake and release the brake and WOT at the same time and you should see some nice numbers.

AWD should be even better if driven correctly despite the additional weight.

The car has been officially tested between 5.9 and 6.1

I think the car is faster than both numbers, I would say 5.8 is not unattainable.

PS,

THE ONLY TOOL ANYONE SHOULD BE USING IN THEIR CARS TO GAIN TRUE 0-60MPH PERFORMANCE IS THE GTECH PRO SS or RR. THIS IS THEE MOST ACCURATE TOOL OUT THERE.

If I rev my car to 3000rpm with my fot on the brake and then release and WOT I wouldn't move for the first 3 seconds.

If you ease into it, you won't shred rubber, this is where the skill comes into it.

You should be faster than you are.

Weight is a factor, you should be doing this with very little fuel in your tank.

PS,

The "Power Brake" method is used by most magazines to obtain 0-60mph times.

Good Luck.
