Location of 195 Degree thermostat

Can someone advise me of the location of the thermostat and how to get to it?

I just bought a jet chip stage 2 and 180 degree thermo.

I understand that GS makes a transmission/fan mod and have seen the threads and will be buying it.

Can I get sone help on the location of the the thermostat and how to reach it.

Thanks
