Eric I heard about it... and I took my car to 2 dealers in the last month. They said all perfect, no prob.

I'd say it certainly looks suspect. When the engine is all the way cold, open the reservoir up and if it isn't as clear as Kool Aid you got the floaties. The sooner you flush it the better too.
