exhaust explanation??

ok, i am in the market for exhaust. but i would like to know more about what exactly i am replacing. i have read lots of posts on exhaust, but none really explain what anything is.

i heard somewhere that these cars are backwards with the exhaust. so does that mean that the "suitcase" is the mufflers?? and then the resonators would be back close to the tips?? or is the suitcase different from both the reso's and the mufflers??

i want to do everything back from the headers. so if someone could shed some enlightenment on what everything is there. that would be great.

Seriously, with an SRT8, I would say stay stock or go with CORSA. Just my 2 cents. Good luck with whatever U decide. I love my CORSA system.

Sounds like you want high flow cats and exhaust system. You might as well do headers, but it's your decision. I'm with Mag. Corsa all the way. Built and tuned per application. Do your reading and then make the informed decision. CORSA!!!

ask several members, get several opinions. Just don't do it for HP, as there is a very small gain, if any.

Sound is very subjective. I would recommend a meet and greet in your area to decide what you like best. These cars are very "prone to drone", and that is annoying at the least.

ya i plan on a brand name. but that really doesnt answer any of my questions. im sure corsa makes a catback, or a full exhaust, as well as different resos??
