Dynatech Supermaxx 300C Headers

Folks, I got in on the original Group Buy for the Dynatech Supermaxx headers for the 300C/MagnumRt from TByrne Motorsports. So I was able to pick up the headers, including the catalytic converters, for $1099.00.

Dynatech raised their prices Feb. 1 increasing the price by a $100. Hence, most vendors are now charging from $1,250 to $1,400 for the bolt-on header system. Indeed, TBryne's website indicates they are now charging $1,399 for that header system.

Given that TBryne Motorsports would not allow me to return the unopened box and header system without hitting me with a 20% restocking fee, I am offering the system to anyone interested at my cost plus shipping.

Regards.

That sucks, seems like they would take it back and just resell it if it was unopened. Oh well I guess they don't inventory anything. There are so many places out there that just take orders, call up the supplier and have it drop shipped directly to the customer. BTW that's a good deal I paid $1200 but got to pick it up and did not pay for shipping.

Yes, I was a bit surprised that they would not take them back considering they could turn around and sell them to another customer for more than what they refunded me. Oh well, simply means somebody here gets them at a great price.

Can I ask why are you returning the headers? Have you heard of any issues after installing the headers?

Make no mistake about James, if I had confirmation that they would bolt on to the SRT8 and give me additional ponies, this thread would not exist.

I believe shipping would be somewhere between $50 and $75.
