there hasnt been any delays that I know of. The original july 31st date was not given by Diablo, therefore, no delay. The date Diablo gave was August 31. On August 31, they officially released the predator with a part number and went into finalized production in which they needed a couple of weeks. Now we are a tad over 2 weeks later and they are shipping.

Talking

I can't get over how many impatient people there are on this forum. Haven't you ever heard "patience is a virtue"? Or how about "can't rush perfection"? Big deal if you paid for the part a couple months ago. I paid for mine back in July and didn't use a credit card I used my debit card. You don't hear my bitchin about "interest". Maybe all you negative people should find another hobby if you can't wait to be one of the first "lucky people" who get one before alot of other people. Damn that felt good (been building up for awhile).

as a BUYER i have every right to question their punctuality. they set a deadline and then keep postponing it. lets say i promise you a hamburger in 20 minutes, then an hour later give it to you. would you accept it without being a little pissed? its the same thing. the only reason you wouldnt be is if the hamburger was out of this world and there was some long story behind the tardiness. Alot of claims have been made but if they cant keep their promise on the deadline how can i trust them when it comes to HP? I dont blame the vendors, its diablo itself. I'd rather be told straight up its coming in a month or whatever than told a week and have it pushed back. they shoulda given themselves room for development rather than take peoples money and then make them wait.

It was the vendors that took peoples money not Diablo, so if there was anyone to blame it would be them. The way I look at it I would rather wait for a good quality product than rush a piece of crap with limited features that you have nothing but problems with it. how happy would you be then?
