Your the first 07 i have seen to say this. My 04 C (yes I know its badged an 05) had this problem and JBA said to nudge the engine over so I found a shop that loosened the motor mounts and nudged it over a bit. No more rubbing. allthou I had some other exhaust work done and they took the High flow cats off and then there was some noise that sounded just like the JBA rub. They seem to have fixed that now too. The problem is that the Engine sits to far to the right side in some cars mostly early builds. Me and a couple members with 04 05 07 LXs compared the 3 and you could clearly see the placement of the engines was different.
So the answer is Yes we have heard about this so has JBA and there answer will be to loosen the motor mounts and nudge the Bitch over. I called 2 different times and thats what they told me(not in thous words. )
