Update:

We had the motor in and were getting ready to bolt it to the tranny and realized the crank pilot bushing that lines up the Tq Conv was missing.
5:30 friday night.
I got a machine shop making me one today. Monday will put a fork in it.

Well she's all back together, Lotsa work went into this, Still alot of tuning left to do, Been playing with Diablo tunes/B&G tunes and lotsa combinations.
Right now its looking like I got to retard the cam a bit to get the peak power up to the 6200 mark, she's hitting peak power at 5150. So theres alot left in this motor. The torque is just plain ridiculas at 425 at the rear. She spins right into 3rd gear if I want, Gonna take a minute to get used to it. Heres the dyno we pulled last night with ) miles on the PCM/Car. It can only get better.

Thumbs up What Up Chris

See that you have been working on that sweet ride of yours....but have a problem with the title of this thread and wonder why it hasn't been delited..."Trojan Gets Stroked" ...the way I read it was that you were getting a hand job with protection...Ha, Ha.......

Now on the serious side hope all is well and see our Hemi just doesn't cut it for you also...........great thread and hope it all works out.....but be careful of over power....a couple of weeks ago I was racing at a drag strip in New Hampshire and my friend Lou...with a 392 stroker on his AWD Magnum blew out his transfer case as I was waiting to get to the tree....remember there is always the "Weakest Link" and our new high performance mods find them....You are one of the greatest enthusiasts of the LX platform and help pave the way for many of us....God Bless and "God Speed"

Go and find a way for us to get to the 10's, if any,
you can...

Bob, Thank you
how ya doing? Hope all is well, Hows Bob Jr? I miss hanging out in with the goose. Your C is sweet.

Im luv'n this new set up, although it needs tweaks, otoh Im real happy with the parts that were used and the assembly, I spent the entire build at the shop.
Learning all I could and helped with the assembly. She's strong. So will have to see what breaks next, Hopefully not the bottom end. Its all good.
Take Care

crhemi

Im gonna tub it when the roll cage goes in!!

Sweet numbers bud. Too bad mopar doesn't just hand you some Indy motor credits so you have one kick butt machine. What gears you running? Time for a posi or a spool. My car is so booggy out the hole make my truck turbos lag seem quick. The 3.08 gear hurt the 60ft times, Mopar should have put in a extra low gear so you can....
