I have the same problem as you with the u-joint. I got under there and saw some rubber but not much. I am apparently rubbing it a little bit. I found out i was also hitting the rear fascia and most of the vibrations were coming from there. I am good now but i need to just make sure i dont rub anymore on that u-joint. The muffler itself didnt seem like it want to move at all forward away from it. How did you get yours to move forward?

I loosened all the muffler clamps and went to town with a big rubber mallet on the back side of the mufflers that were situated where the suitcase was. I was able to get the joint north of the xpipe to push together about 1/2" more which gave me the clearance I needed.

P.S. The silencer is the plastic intake muffler located behind the front bumper, under to stock airbox. Removing it makes the stock airbox roar like a 4-bbl of yesteryear.

The check engine light can be turned off by pulling fuse 11 (fuse box under your hood) for about 10 seconds. Make sure the engine is off and key is out of the ignition.

Hey big body, I have the same aftermarket cats and my wires were long enough to plug in. I have an 06...maybe its year specific???

I throw the code with just high flow cats too. Some cars seems to do that. I am really hoping the predator can turn off the rear o2 sensors.

BTW- Does anyone know of a great exhaust or performance shop in nj that can help with looking for potential leaks and getting the magnaflow catback up a little tighter to the car?

Sorry to highjack.

Do you notice anything performance wise or just sound. I have the AFE so i would wonder if it is possible to get anything out of it.

I did the same delete and there is no sound or performance difference. However, it does open the area up and looks better without it. As for your AFE, it is supposed to give you a few ponies with the Predator. It wont be anything massive HP wise, but a little here and a little there is always nice...

I suggest you do a search here on the code you are seeing. Also, try google-ing it.
