O2 Sensore Problems

A while back, I installed headers and a Borla Catback system on my 2005 300C Hemi. Since than, I have been getting a "check engine" light. I did not replace the stock O2 sensors. According to the dealer, the error code indicates I have a catalytic convertor problem, when in fact I do not. Also the engine idles rough because I am not getting the proper air flow. I also have a K&N cold air intact installed.

My questions is: "Are there performance O2 sensores out there that I can replace the stock sensors with that will correct this problem?" "Are there any other actions I can take to correct this problem?"
