K&N out of stock

I ordered one of these from tsetruckstuff.com and just found out they are backordered so you guys that got these early were lucky.

Has anyone got the scoop on the new airaid system. I know the part # is 350-160 but I dont know how much it is or how much hp it adds.

Billy,

I talked to K&N directly on the replacement filter and they claim they will be backordered through Sept at the earliest. I also asked when they would list the 300C (instead of having to buy a Bently filter), and the rep had no idea.... Not much help, but may help set expectations.

I just found out suggested retail on the airaid is $245 for a box and filter replacement and you keep the same tube so the K&N may be close. They advised it added 12 hp to the Magnum. I wonder when somone buys or sees one of these if we can make a homeade version like the Camaro LS! boys use?

Billy,

Here is a link to a thread on another forum that discusses a custom airbox mod.

I ordered the "Bently" and received it today. The fresh air intake sounds interesting.
