And another $20 bucks for a 185 degree thermostat is money very well spent.

the tune predator it is the same thing about SCT flash? You send a description of your mods and the tune you want to do?

the thermostat 185 degree is to keep the motor more cold to have the maximum performance? that's it?

You are right about the thermostat. A Predator tune done on a dyno is not the same as a SCT flash. What you want to do is take your car to a big performance shop with CMR tuning software and have it tuned on a dyno with a Diablosport Predator. If you are not comfortable with all that, I would not buy the tuner and try it yourself...only go to a reputable tuning shop if you want my opinion on the matter.

Are you on the west side or east side of canada...or in the middle? Are there local meet and greets where you can see these mods done on other cars? That's the best way to find out about the best local places to go get worked on.

I think you can install a Predator tune without adjusting it on a dyno and have okay to good reasults. A tune on a dyno guarantees good to great results.

Where in Quebec are you? I'd recommend going to RDP's new shop in the Cleveland, Ohio area if you are close to it. There must be someone who dyno tunes up in your area. Are there local 300C owners you can hook up with?

great list

great list there, Gucci, but you can leave off the headers if you want. The factory shorties are decent, and I know of a car (jaak) that runs in the 11's N/A with a complete factory exhaust, just hi-flo cats!!!!

The long tubes are extremely expensive for small gains.

Question Another newbie...

Greetings, earthlings....!

This question may be stupid, but I'm a newbie to car mods...so please excuse any inherent stupidity in my questions!

I have a 2008 3.5L 300 Touring, with a single exhaust; can I change this to the Magnaflow 16623 Dual Exit exhaust without any major hitches? I'd like to try and do this by myself in my garage...here's a pic of the kit...

Thanks in advance for your replies!

looks nice

looks nice.

As a driver and mechanic for over 35 years I would tell you that, in my opinion, that may be a difficult thing to pull off in the driveway.

But with the right tools and a few jack stands, as well as a whole lot of swearing and cussing, it'll probably work!
