questions by a newbie

I make many searchs on the forum to check the best mods to make on a 300c srt-8 and I have several questions to ask you:

What is the best air intake?

a catback Corsa is the best...it is true?

If I install a new catback it is a good idea to change the cats?

Who make direct fit cat high flow?

who have a picture of exhaust system of a 300c srt-8?

How many HP with cats high flows, a new catback and air intake give?

How many rwhp a 300c srt-8 bone stock give?

sorry for my lot of questions and my english is not very good. I'm a canadian and I make my best to ask you in english!!

thanks for your answers!!

AFE Stage II (what I have) and the Airhammer are the best. They're apparently the only intakes that showed any gains on the dyno.

Exhausts are subjective and totally dependent on your taste. The Corsa is good for us 5.7 guys because of our MDS drone. You have an SRT, so no MDS drone. Corsa is excellent, but you may want to search more on that.

Yeah, why not?

Who make direct fit cat high flow?
Several members have magnaflows I believe. Keep looking on that, it's been asked several times and answered by people much smarter than I.

who have a picture of exhaust system of a 300c srt-8?
You do if you slip your camera under your car.

How many HP with cats high flows, a new catback and air intake give?
Hmm... throw in a Predator and maybe somewhere between 30 and 50 (?)

How many rwhp a 300c srt-8 bone stock give?
Mid-upper mid 300's. I think I saw one guy pull 368 stock to the rear wheels

It's ok, many Americans struggle with the English language as well

thanks for your answers!!

Hope I helped you out!

I plan to go with Corsa one of these years. For me the deciding factor was learning that the MoPar Performance exhaust, which you can get through your dealer, is made by Corsa. That's gotta be good.

Nothing against Ben, but Canada IS an english speaking country. There is one province {same as a state} that prefers to speak french, Quebec.............which is fine but I just wanted to clarify that most of us Canadians speak english.

Personally, I'd go for the the Corsa. It'll cost ya though. While you're at it, why not slap on some long tube headers, eh?
