Keeping it a family car

Have been thinking about putting an exhaust system as well as possibly a supercharger on my 300. However with two young kids that love the DVD system in the car was wondering what the effects on that would be. Reaching out to other people that may have dealt with this issue. I would like to actually hear my HEMI when I am driving but at the same time can't drown out the sound of the Disney movies. Like some other 300 owners have owned muscle cars in the past and miss the sound and hood shaking effects but with a two year old and six year old need to find a good balance. Any ideas? Thanks.

CAI. Quiet at low throttle but great sound when you give it some gas.

Corsa exhaust. Sounds stock at idle and cruising, but screams when you want people to know your on the move. It will be my MSRT8 exhaust some day.

My Magna Flows are a little loud when I leave a light, but the speakers can drown it out easily. They get straight mean when I punch it.

Magnaflow may drive any back seater nuts. Though I loved mine, I had to keep it out of the 12-1500 rpm range when touring clients around. I loved them but would recommend Corsa. Just put them on my 5.7 RAM and like it a lot.

i would say got with the CAI for starters. its a $300 - $350 investment and if you believe it provides too much noise you can at least say you did not drop $800 - $1200 on an exhaust that would probably be as loud if not louder.

My 3 & 5 yr old boys consistently request "Daddy, make it go Vroom Vroom" since I added the AFE and Resonator delete kit!
BTW, Didn't anybody ever tell you that rear entertainment systems are for Mini-vans???

I would go for an intake first. I think you'll like what you hear from the intake not to mention performance you'll gain.
