Losing power after disconnecting the battery at the track...

I was wondering if anyone had any experience or thoughts about this...

I have a 2010 SRT8 Charger with the following boltons on a stock tune (Diablo just released support this weekend)...

-Airaid CAI

-Magnaflow midpipes

-Builder Bill 3500 converter

A couple weeks ago I hit the track and got in 3 passes running 111,112,108 and a best ET of 12.8 on the 108 pass...

I went back yesterday... when I got to the track I disconnected the battery to clear an O2 code I had due to the mid pipes that came on earlier in the week... I am using the spark plug non fouler trick so I does not throw that code very often...

DA was simmilar to my previous outing... my 1st pass the car was a total dog... did not even have enough power to flash the converter and it only went 102mph... it seemed like after a couple of passes it went up to 103, 104, 105 and as high as 106.6 but it still did not feel as strong as it did previously...

Is this normal when you disconnect the battery with the stock tune?

I am going to see dynosteve for a CMR tune in the next week or 2
