How to Turn EPS off ? ? ?

Is there a way to turn the EPS off? I noticed while watching one of the videos on the 300c that they were going around a track and said that it was on which kept them planted to the ground with a minimal amount of squeal. Then they came back and said that they have turned it off, and they were OFF THE CHAIN then? Is there an easy way to turn it off, or do you have to do some modifications under the hood???

push button on dash to turn off. It does not turn completely off just raise limits where it will kick in.
