Should be a direct fit.

Wrong offset. You would need a huge spacer. The RWD 300C is about 15 mm and the AWD is somewhere around 50 mm I think.

Is there any harm using a large spacer? will it have any negative effects? I just found some winter tires on AWD Magnum rims and it would be nice if i could use them.

If a 50mm spacer is required, you would need wheel studs about 4" long, to bolt on the rims!!!!!!!

He doesn't need a 50 mm spacer, "only" a 35 mm (1 3/8") spacer! And huge long studs! And the wheels will be located by the studs only, not centred on the centre bore. I know he wants the wheels but it just is not practical.

Thanks for the input guys. Sounds like more hassle then it's worth, If i buy the set ill just be using the tires and selling the rims to someone else. I really appreciate all the info though.
