PPP Shortblock info!

With all of the new competition out there, we decided to spend a little time in detail about our new engine offerings.


1. We start by inspecting and disassembling the shortblock core
2. Hot tank the block and remove all liquid contaminents
3. Sonic check all cylinder bores
4. Clean oil galleys
5. Bore scope cavities
6. Hand chase threads
7. Validate deck surface
8. Validate Bore Centerlines
9. Bore cylinders
10. Hone cylinders with honing plate
11. Line Hone
12. Hand Clearance for Stroker Kit
13. Balance rotating assembly(we do not depend on factory balance)
14. Install Cam bearings
15. Remove all flashings
16. Chafer all 90 degree corners
17. Radius bottom of all cylinder bores
18. Maintain .0625 chamfer radius throughout oil system
19. Micro-polish all bearing surfaces including wrist pins
20. Micrometer measurement of all bearing surfaces
21. hand match individual bearings to journals maintaining .0001" tolerance to specified clearances

Components include the following:
K-1 Billet 4.080 crank
K-1 H-Beam connecting Rods
JE Nascar grade pistons
ARP main studs
ARP head studs
Cleveite H Type Main and Rod Bearings
Dura-bond Cam Bearings
Mopar Performance Block Plugs
Miscellaneous Parts (missing plugs, clips, etc…)

Can the engines be built to suit specific applications. For example supercharging. What sort of input can we put in to this build? Shipping internationally, is that ok? Can arrange own couriers if need be and would probably prefer that due to the rates we have.

We can do higher/lower compression, we can ship wherever you want, in fact we ship several engines per year overseas.
