So Jeremy is it safe to say that if I would like to get more HP with lets say heads and cam, I dont HAVE to get new headers? thus saving me another 1500 bucks?

I would like to see maybe a 60-75 HP gain or so.

Headers are not a must. I would guess they are worth 10-15rwhp at best. Your better off buying the underdrive pulley for 14rwhp and installing it with the heads/cam. I would guess that heads/cam/pulley is worth a conservative 65rwhp.
