Engine hesitates and misfires

Hello i'am from the Netherlands. I have a 2004-2005 300c Hemi 5.7. When its cold like zero degrees and i drive away with à cold engine, its starts to hesitate and misfires( getting check engine light and p0300 code)have to turn off the engine. Then i restart the engine and THE problem goes away( most of THE time). I have this problem for 2 years. This problem occurs only in winter and not every day, in THE summer THE Car runs fine. What to do??

That code is for random misfire. You may be in need of coil packs and/or wires.

I know the code. Have been to de dealer for 3 times running diagnostics. I had to change spark plugs and wires. Also changed à sensor, don't know wich one. THE problem only comes in winter when its almost freezing outside, and THE engine isn't warm......
