Defroster and Heat knob light problems?

So I have a 2005 chrysler 300, and I've noticed that the glow in the dark lights on the snowflake defroster button and half of the knob to change the air flow. It's kind of a pain because I end up turning on the cab lights to see what buttons I'm pressing. I was wondering if there's a simple solution to fix it or if it wouldn't be worth it to fix because of the cost . You can replace the bulbs, but they are a bit involved.
You have to remove the module, disassemble it and the bulbs
are soldered to the circuit board.

Evidently, you didn't do a search, or you would have found this:

Yeah the search button is your friend... you can do the fix yourself for pennies or you can pay for a whole new control panel at the dealer as they are a one piece unit... my advice is to fix yourself that way it's done right and will not suffer anymore failures!
