Thumbs down Headlight!!

I have been having something happening with my headlights I always have them set on automatic and never have then turn on unless its in the shade or night time. But now for some reason they wont turn off when I am in direct sunlight they stay on. Has anybody experienced this? Does any one know why this happens? Hope someone can help.

Somebody had this exact problem a couple of months ago, I think it was a sensor, don't remember the final solution if there was one.

Is this an intermittent problem? By chance have your wipers cycled several times just before the lights come on?
