I have always had great dealings with my 5 star. Took it in for an oil change, mentioned that I thought the drivers side headlight looked sorta/semi-hazy on the inside of the glass. They ordered a new one, no questions. I KNOW, I KNOW that it isn't out of their pocket, but they have never (yet) balked at any of my concerns. They listen, and act. Had a noisy rear door hinge, oiled? .. nope, not gonna be good enough they said ... new one. I am very happy with them and their service. Ordered 1/04, delivered 4/04, now with almost 20K miles and love it still. BTW, the new GY's help alot!

I highly recommend Bankston Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in Frisco, TX for sales and service. FYI - I have no affiliation with them. I sell software. I just want to spread the word when someone does good work.
