Poll: How many problems has your C had?

1) I have had absolutely no problems with my C from day one.

2) I have had the usual small annoyances but nothing worth taking back to the dealer.

3) I have been back to the dealer once, but all problems now corrected.

4) I have been back to the dealer more than once, but all problems have been
dealt with.

5) I have made multiple trips back to the dealer for repairs, and most or none
have been fixed.

(Hemi owners only please for the purposes of this poll - sticking with the V8 will give us an accurate idea how the C is doing reliability wise)
When you vote, please also leave a text message indicating whether or not your primary problem was the infamous "right pull" and how quickly that one was resolved. Thanks for your input,

Silverhemi

Details

Never had the right pull, car built after April. Had an AC glitch, dealer looked it over but never actually had to work on it, straightened out by itself. The computer in this car is very good at detecting problems and correcting them when possible. Former rough idling and mediocre gas mileage problems also fixed themselves.

As my dealer knows, I can be quite "fussy" about appearnace and mechanicals. 3000 miles and so far no problems. No pulling, no body or trim issues (unless you count fingerprints on the black paint and noseprints on the tinted glass from the C-less Curious Crowd).

As SilverHemi has stated, the computer is really quite clever about sorting out issues - and adapting to my driving style. The 5 speed transmission is the best I have ever had in any car. It is always in the right gear for me.

I was out with the service manager regarding a steering problem in one of my company's vans. I asked him about service issues with C's. He said "Nothing mechanical so far. Just 2 minor trim issues (out of 14 C's on the road from this dealer".

3 months and 3 days later and NO PROBLEMS!

The only problem I have is that the _ _ _ _ dealer didn't file the paperwork on my sale so I have no registration and no plates. I ordered a custom plate that just arrived at DMV (*heart* HEMEEE) and when I went to get it tonight they stated they couldn't release it without the original plates & registration. They checked for me and my VIN is nowhere in the system. AAARGHH

But oh how I love this car!

I have had no problems with my "C" except for minor dash warping. I have not brought it in and am still deciding on if this problem is worth a trip to the dealer. I'm going to monitor it to see if it gets any worse. I'll probably have it looked at during regular scheduled maintainance.

Had the trunk exhauster replaced, I found it in the rear right valence when installing mud flaps. Stalled twice this morning 3-4 seconds after starting, we'll see. It has been great approaching 3 months and 2500 smiles.

I had some tranny problems (thunk shifting from reverse to drive) that was fixed with a FW flash, and the right pull adjustment (she is now steady as she goes).

All said, VERY happy. I had it done at my 1st oil change and a week later still no issues. In fact, after the Tranny FW flash, I get better 1-2 gear performance.

Oh yeah, I can confirm that the crummy Conti's self seal as advertised. Apparantly I ran over a larger piece of metal about 3" long. Dealer found it embedded in my tire. It was stuck between the tread groves so I didn't notice it. Apparently been there a bit due to how much it was ground down. THh only bad news is that with the self sealing tires, there is no way to patch from the inside...I get to buy a new tire. The dealer wants $143 plus labor, so I am trying to find a better deal....BUMMER!

Have the intermittent driver window problem where it goes all the way up and then down halfway on it's own. My car drifts to the right except on the highway-my '99 Sebring did exactly the same thing and I don't believe it's due to crowning of the road. The midnight blue is a bitch to keep clean as well as the light color interior-I wish the exterior was beige and the interior dark blue! Occasionally my speakers or perhaps my trunk rattles from the base of the radio and I don't listen to rap and keep my base level @ 2. And my gas gauge seems to travel to E very quickly! Just minor things so far.
