So the wife curbed the front bumper today what can i do to fix the scratch on the lower part. And does any one have any ideas on how to add some protection for the futur.

If you're brave, www.paintscratch.com will match paint exactly to your VIN# and they provide detailed prep and application instrux. Be sure to order clear coat as well. I believe I paid about $27. for both delivered.

I feel your pain, some idiot hit my door trim in a parking lot less than 2 weeks after I got her home . I have silver and that trim piece is black underneath so it really showed!! Most people won't notice the repair... but I do .

You will probably fare better having a darker color. I wish you luck if you decide to give it a try. Sorry, no suggestions on part 2 of your post.

GS 27 works great for scratches as long as there are no gouges or missing paint. Avail. at walmart.
