Ordering?

Will you get a better deal if you order a 300c rather than buy off the lot?

Yes,
Most dealers will tell you that up front. You need to do your home work though the dealers are snakes. I have yet to find one that won't try to screw you over. Be prepare to wait as most dealers have over ordered and the wait seems to be at about 12 to 16 weeks

You also need to define 'better deal'. Are you trading in? How long are you willing to wait? There are many factors that to some are better deals than others. Right now the wait I have put up with could have been worth a couple hundred+ bucks had I known.

I am trying to sell my truck now. If I sell the truck then I will have about $5000 to put down plus Chrysler financing. So, I hope to sell my truck soon. I also am willing to wait about two months.

Depending on the dealer and his/her allocation as well as plant delays like on Nav and sunroof purchases, two months is optimistic for an order.

These days, I believe that a 3-4 month wait is more realistic.
