Unable to turn off trip odometer B

I am stuck on trip B, the lower EVIC display shows trip B even if I have the upper on trip A. I also am unable to have my main odometer display total miles unless the car is off and the door is opened. I have no idea how many miles are on the car while driving. I "reset all" and created all this mess. I don't remember if it always displayed A or not, but I do know that the total miles always displayed while driving. Yes I checked the manual

Stupid question:

The on-cluster button does not cycle through the odometer readings anymore?

What happens if you hold down the cluster button while turning the ignition key from from off to on? Does it do the gauge test?

Stupid answer, yes, I completely missed this in the manual, "problem" solved, thanks for your input. I thought all of this could be done through EVIC, did not even know that electromanual button existed. I will assume the role of idiot for the day, but only for one day, tomorrow I am back to being general manager of the universe.

Yeah, didn't you get the memo? We in Administration have decided to split up general management duties among multiple staff. This is not a reflection on your previous performnce; we're still think you're a valuable member of the Universe team. It is merely an organizational restructuring. The board and I look forward to exploring new opportunities for the Universe brand in untapped markets and opportunities with our new, dynamic team!
