Angry The Saga Continues

As some of you know I should of been picking up my car tomorrow but due to the dealer trying to royally screw me I won't be. I went today to give some of my DMV info and to finalie the deal so everything goes smooth tomorrow. I sit down and ask to see the price i was quoted on the order i placed which i was quoted also for the car in stock. The first guy gives me a song and dance about the car coming with oil and headlights but nothing about the price. Then he gets the sales manager who comes in like a snake in the grass and tells me since the car is on the lot the price has gone up 1000+ dollars but I can still wait 4-5 months for my old order with the price I was quoted. I was furious!!! The guy told me to think about it over night and I walked out.

What a bunch of liars. If I didnt ask to see that price sheet in front of me they would of never told me the true price of the car. Tomorrow I'm going to be getting in contact with several other dealers in my area to see if they would offer me a car in stock for the price I think is fair. If I find a match then I'm set and I'll hopefully have the car before the weekend. If not then I'll be 300c less for about 5 months

Chrysler is going to be the death of these cars.

Keep looking, my deal hasn't gone through yet I may be in the same boat but I can't imagine our local small town dealer pulling a stunt like that. Try Ricart (the worlds largest dealer 166 acres) 1-800-DEAL-USA in Columbus , Ohio. It's not too far if you're in western NY.

Contact another dealer. They can get that same car from Dealer #1 and sell it to you. Dealer #1 would never know that you purchased the same car off his lot. Good Luck.

Bait and switch is illegal, if you have a "contract of mutual interest" it is enforceable by law. Stick it to em!
