What?? They don't need to see it. You saw it and that's enough. This is a well known TSB and almost everyone has or will experience the tranny O-ring leak. Take of copy of the TSB posted by ResumeSpeed back to the dealership along with the messy paper towels you probably used to clean up the fluid! Good Luck!

Almost everyone? I'm wondering about this, and I'm sure others are too. Are there any statistics on this? The TSB about water leaks at the dipstick seal only add to the uncertainty.

They're just being lazy and don't want to get wet when working on the car. I'm pretty that can tell what is rain water on the trans and what is tranny fluid. I had to wait three days for mine. Dealer told me they had to wait for a part. While you have it in there might as well update the ECM & the TCM. I heard it should make your car ride better.
