Adjustable pedals

Ok I have the adjustable pedals on my 300 Touring and when i want to move them up or down they just make a "clunking" noise. afetr flipping the switch a couple of time they decide to move. I have to that everytime I want to move them. Does anyone have this same problem and what could be the problem.

I had the same problem with my pedals sticking. They would made a clicking sound as if they were off a track or something. I brought it to the dealer and of course they couldn't find anything wrong but said they adjusted them anyway's and I haven't had a problem since.
