Arbitration Date coming

Received a letter from attorney general, will set date for buy back or new car.
They simply cannot figure out whats wrong with this car. Moan/vibration/drone noise from a full stop on acceleration, only happens when tranny is hot, strike 4

For the life of me I cannot understand why they will shell out 10s of thousands of dollars to an attorney and try to fight a case, and likely lose a customer rather than spend similar amounts, do what's right, and keep a customer for life...

Most of their attorneys are paid by the hour....so they would rather them get their money's worth and see the sharks swim.

I do agree with you MrHappy.

Moose.

I do agree with you MrHappy.

Moose.
I think they want to make it painfull so all will see that it's a difficult thing to do, but in the end by law they have to title the car as a lemon and eat it.
