Problem with TPM system warning message

[Scout 8541]

Having problem with Tire Pressure Monitoring System showing a fault in my EVIC. I've had the car back at the dealer two times and still they have not fixed the problem. Now we are waiting on parts and the car will have to go back to the dealer a third time. Have anyone else had a problem with this? If so, please let me know what was done to fix this problem.
