Creaking noise

I have a 2006 300C with 15000 miles and just recently noticed a creaking noise when turning the car. I sounds like cold plastic cracking when heating up.
There is nothing visibly wrong as far as I can tell.
Please advise if anyone else has had this problem.

I believe there is a TSB that exists for a creaking steering wheel issue, is that where the sound is coming from?

I developed a creaking steering wheel after about 1 month of ownership. I don't think there is a TSB for a creaking steering wheel, but I could be wrong.
Here is what my dealer wrote on the receipt/service ticket.

"Removed Lower Dash Panel - Removed kick panel - loosen up center steering support - realigned and tightened - road tested warm and cold"

The dealer had to ask Chrysler how to fix the creak. It took 2 weeks for the dealer to get an answer from Chrysler.

My mistake on the TSB, I do remember reading some people had the problem of a creaking wheel and some people had it resolved at the dealer. I think I remember Northern Rider having the issue and having it fixed. Although I just may be going crazy as I get closer to 30

It's not in the steering wheel. It's coming from the wheel itself. Not sure if something is binding or rubbing. I am unable to see anything rubbing. I've read some threads on a clunk noise but this sounds like a bad bearing or something.

I am having the same problem with a rubbing noise and vibration when turning the wheel at slow speeds. THe noise/vibration stop once the wheel is staightened out. Dealer says there is a problem but not a fix for it yet. Sounds suspicious to me. Anyone care to respond?

I'm having this same issue. I just started a thread in the suspension section about it. Has anyone heard of this/found a fix/TSB?
