Less than 2000 miles and I feel a vibration under my brake pedal

Just bought my 06 Touring Signature Series about three weeks ago, and I must say I love it. I've noticed a vibration under my brake pedal. So I'm sitting in traffic one day, turned my radio down and noticed that the vibration goes off and on. The best way to describe it is it's like the fan going off and on. Anyone else experience this? Is this something I should be concerned with and should I take it back to the dealer? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
