Same thing happened to my right fog light. It looks like I have a stone chip on the lens surface. It was foggy for about a week or so and then just cleared up of its own accord.
Take it back to the dealer and get them to check the seals.

Cheers
Sean

Foggy Lights

They are relatively easy to remove and clean. I know because I had a bulb explode inside so I had to remove it to clean out the debris.

In the wheel well are some "Jap Clips" that are designed to be opened and reused. They run along the edge of the front fender. There is a special tool used to pop them. A flat screwdriver will work to pop the clips open. There are also a couple of screws on the bottom with hex heads. After you remove the screws and pop 3 or 4 of the clips open you can reach in and twist the fog light wire/bulb counter clockwise a 1/4 turn and remove it from the housing. Then there are 2 Torx head screws that hold the fog light housing in place. Remove them and the housing pulls out from the front. Use compressed air and/or a clean rag to remove any moisture and/or dirt from inside the housing. Use a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the bulb before reinserting. It's all pretty straight forward.
