Shaking problem on Touring above 60mph

Hello everybody,

Since i've bought (it was 2 months ago) my 300C CRD Touring (European model) I've experimented a hard shaking of the car above 60mph.

It appeared the first day I droved the car, the same day I bought it brand new from the Chrysler reseller.

Since that day the dealer tried to repare it and tried to find from where comes the shaking but unfortunatly he can't find the origin of the trouble.

So I've asked for a swap with another brand new car. A man from Chrysler France came and drove my car last week and his finding was that the car was not proper to a common use and that he will swap the car for a new one.

I was happy till the dealer himself told me that he didn't want to swap cars because he will have a car he won't be able to sell because of the shaking. He perfers to sell a new car to another customer ar and let me with my "unproper" car than swapping cars and having my car back because he won't be able to sell it to another customer...

Chrysler France told me they can't force him to swap cars.

My hope is that a Chrysler Manager from Detroit or Germany could read my experiment with the Chrysler Brand through this forum and help me to get a car that I can use. I don't mind if it is a new car or my car which is fixed.

I just want to be able do drive it properly and not having spend that money in a car that is kept by the dealer in order to repair it (which he cant do) for 2 months now.

And I'm tired to walk.
