There are several threads about the windows. This is a quote from one of the threads on how to fix the auto up problem.

Hold the auto up switch until the window goes all the way up, keep holding it for at least 3 seconds or so after the window is raised all the way up (this programs the auto up feature), then release.

As for the lights being too dim, I believe they are controlled with the intensity switch for your dash lights. I'm not in my car at this time, but just trying to remember. Maybe someone else will know. I've not had any problem seeing mine.

IF you have changed out (or someone before you) the door lighting bulbs to LEDs... that could be part of the dimness issue... and I wouldn't expect the door lighting to be "green." However, the dash lighting (electro-luminecent) is a pale green or teal color... and that is directly affected by the light level control over by your headlight control switch. This will also affect the intensity of your EVIC display any time the headlamps are ON.
