Problems with aftermarket alarm

Ive been trying since day 1 to get an aftermarket alarm installed with remote start and automatic window roll up/down feature, but nobody around here will do it. They are all telling me that the car is too new and theres no instructions/manuals out there for our cars. I'm assuming it has something to do with them not knowing what wire is what. Anybody else have this problem or already have an alarm installed??

Please tell me this car has a factory alarm like my 79 Buick.

The limited and C come with a security alarm standard. I doubt it detects window breakage however.

Thanks, my delivery date keeps getting pushed, from 5/31 to 6/11 to 6/14. I have no car or brochure for this kind of info.
