transmission leaking

brought car to dealer today. 300c with 7700 miles, noticed fluid on garage floor

service told me 2 seals were leaking????. anyone heard of this problem? parts won't be in for 2 days so they don't stock at local whse.

this car went into service may 12 2005 so we don't drive a lot of miles.
