LX's SRT-10 in our future ?? ...

This subject has been on my mind for some time now and I want to share it with the rest of you and see what you think ....
After seeing the expansion in the Dodge Ram's SRT-10 program a few days ago to include a CrewCab SRT-10, I got convinced that there's got to be an SRT-10 LX-based vehicle somewhere down the road. (Attach 3,4,5)
Assumption 1: The V10 engine is becoming more available ... dare I say cheaper/easier to make ...?

Looking under the hood of my 300C, there's a good 5-6 extra inches of clearance (occupied by hoses now) between the back of the Hemi and the firewall, with more carefull routing of these hoses this space could very well be used to house the extra volume/length of a V10 engine ....(See attach.#1)
Asssumption 2: The V10 engine fits in the LXs cars ...

Looking thru the access door for the Brake Fluid reservoir you can see that there is a very good space available for a clutch actuator cylinder, including posible routings on the bottom ..(see access holes) (See attach.#2)
Assumption 3: The manual tranny can be installed ....

These very plausible assumptions plus the required strengthening of the rest of the driveline, leave the opportunity for an SRT-10 in our future a more possible reality than most would think .....
Dodge SRT-10 program has the Viper, the Ram and the CrewCab Ram .... doesn't it feel logical to include there a nice Sedan or Sport Wagon ...??
I can almost see the Magazine add already; the viper, the Ram, the Crew Cab and the Magnum, all parked next to each other, all in that gorgeous screaming Inferno Red ... "It just felt natural ..." "The new Dodge magnum SRT-10"

I'm no expert on Automobile Design, dynamics, etc. so I don't intend even for anybody to take this seriously (it may as well be just a Moo point), and besides the guaranteed flames that I'll receive, I just want to share with you a vision of a magnificent future car .... If this post motivates somebody to jump, go out and just start looking for junked Viper drivelines .. then this post fulfilled it's purposes. This is nothing I could personally do or even afford to buy if offered by dodge, but I would enjoy it very much to see it done ....

I think the V10 exhaust note sounds crappy, personally. I don't think the V10 is terribly efficient either. Yes, it gets 500 hp, but it's 500 cubic inches!

I'd rather see a 6.1 liter... and if you need more, supercharge it. Chevy is expected to get 500 hp out of the 3-valve LS7 V8, so Mopar should be able to get close to that out of a Hemi.

It's a dang four-door sedan! Much faster and it won't be safe...

If the need arises Chrysler will put some engine in the vehicle to wax anything that is brought to it. Look at the ME412 that was unvailed in detroit early this year. The vehicle will eat enzo's for lunch. When it comes to performance ain't noboby going to one up DCX.

Angry I don't think so

Did anyone stop to think if Merc would even allow this to happen? Lets look at the XF SRT6 for example, it has 330 HP vs. the 349 HP 3.2 V6 AMG versions. And while 19 HP is that big of a difference I think that I have made my point. Unfortunately Merc will not let Chrysler out perform its AMG variations.
