Does your BODY FLEX

I have problems that make me think my body is flexing.

1. Windshield is popping.
2. Dash is warping.
3. Top, behind the sunroof, gets higher than sunroof gets about 3/16 higher than the sunroof. Then windshield pops for several days or more, and then the roof levels out.
4. Rear wheel well liners are getting very loose and you can see that they are moving a lot. Also vibrating.
5. Rear bumper cover is getting looser and looser.
6. Rear shock has started to making a popping and vibrating sound and is going to be replaced.
7. I see that HEMEEE has a door mis-alignment problem.
8. Speakers, Dash, and other area's rattle and vibrate and then get quite for a few days, and then it starts all over again.
9. Front end wheel alignment will not stay puuurfect. Seems to need touch up too often.

Also if you have the problems, do you drive hard into corners? I wouldn't, because my service manager visits this site.

Sounds like your car has been wrecked and rebuilt, my Alfa 164 would flex in some corners and bumps but nothing like you describe and it was 7 yrs old. My C seems as solid as my X5, no other clues.

The only flexing issues I recently noticed is the sun roof.
About a week ago as I was pulling into my driveway I heard flexing/squeaking/creaking noises coming from the sunroof area.
I kept backing in and out and the noise continued.
The noise seems to have quieted down for now and I haven't noticed it in the past few days.
I have 4k miles on my C and received it at the end of August.

My questions to you would be...

In service date of car?
Current mileage?
Type of roads driven on?
Do you do burnouts/track runs?

There's a lot of factors involved that would cause body flex. I'm not too familiar with the frame of the 300s, but it may be feasible for those that drive these cars hard to install subframe connectors. This may be similar to the frame of the 4th Generation Camaros & Firebirds. Body flex is a common problem that causes rattles and other noise. A set of subframe connectors ties the front and rear frame together in the middle. Not only does it help eliminate a lot of body noise and stress wrinkles in the body panels, but it allows for better rear end traction, too.

A good way to keep sunroof noise down and keep the seals healthy is to open it up and clean the area where it seals to the body with soap and water and clean it good, then put the sunroof into vent postion and take a paper towl with just a little bit of dishwashing soap and a drop or two of water on it and run it across the rubber seal, it will help keep it clean and keep it from squeaking and also keep the rubber soft and pliable, same trick goes for helping your windshield wipers go the distance, try to get it around the complete seal on the sunroof if you can by moving it from postion to postion..

I used to have sunroof squeaks in my 300M and this solved it 100% as long as I did it every 6 months or so.

On that same note, look into a silicone style grease that's used for rubber hoses and weatherstripping. This grease lubricates these parts and makes them last longer by keeping them moist over time, otherwise they would dry out and cause all sorts of other problems.
