my list-o-problems

hi guys, i just want to comment a little about my car as of late. this is my first ever chrysler car and i seem to have picked up alot of problems with the car compared to the other 11 i have owned (yes, i said 11). here are some of the little things i have dealt with on my car.

1. express windows auto-roll back down (while trying to auto-up them)

2. memory seats will not work (i cannot set them at all..even used the manual)

3. my A/C will not blow warm air anymore unless it is on HIGH

4. my seat exit option will not work right (figured this one out...the 2" rule!)

i love my 300 alot but these little things are just nuts. i have a big list of stuff the dealer needs to take care of now. i just hope my car does not sit in the shop for weeks with all this going on. anyone else have alot of little problems like this with their car?

1. The auto window function sounds like you have something binding. It's acutally a safety feature to roll back down if too much resistance to up is encountered... the old save the finger, or child's head safety feature.

2. No idea why you wouldn't be able to set seating profiles... do you get any display in the EVIC when you press SET, then the 1 or 2 side of the memory switch on the door panel?

3. This sounds like a flapper control problem, or something similar that still allows cooler air to circulate unless calling for "high". Assuming you have the dual-zone controls, is this the case with both fan and circulation settings in AUTO, or with one or the other, or both controls in the manual positions?

4. Yep... Seat Exit roll-back won't happen if you're already within 2 in. of furthest back position. I'm 6'4" so I know from experience!

i have no idea what the deal is with the memory seat function. i could really get it fixed so i can use it. i do have dual zone climate controls. this happens in auto and in manual mode on both dials. as for my windows..if i auto-roll them both up at the same time, they will roll down at the same time. they randomly go down when i do them in singles. it does not happen all the time when i do a dual auto-roll up.

I have similar problems but have been too busy to take it to the dealer to complain. My auto window function seems to reset it self every now and then but resetting it is not a big deal. My auto seat back on exit will just stop working along with the steering wheel up for no reason at all and will also magically start working on its own. I took it to the dealer once and of course they said it was working fine. It is annoying but hasn't bothered me enough to waste the time at the dealership.

I am still getting used to the climate controls. I have found I am too impatient and want the settings to work instantly but have found if I give it a few minutes it works, could be colder with a/c on though.
