Cold weather transmission problems

Hey guys, my 300C has been acting up lately. In cold weather sometimes (first happened at about -2*C) before the vehicle warms up, when I put the car into drive, it dosn't shift, and when I press the gas it just crawls ahead, and revs really high. Does anyone know what this could be? It also stays in gear sometimes when i'm giving it lots of throttle and then let off. I'm still under powertrain warrenty, should I have it checked out?

Vehicle info:

2005 Chysler 300C 5.7L, 84,000 Km's.

sounds like your tranny is low on fluid.

Did you get the TSB for the tranny leak fixed yet?

If not, I bet you are seriously low on fluid.

Is that TSB tranny leak a recall? or a common problem?

Very common problem especially with the 2005s.

All have the leak and the TSB is free for the fix. I would get this done ASAP and would drive it only to the dealer to get it done.

Driving with low fluid will lead to failure and you bet your bum they will try to pin it on you.
