Well, I am happy to report I sold this POS. I just got so tired of all the problems being dismissed as a "HEMI thing" or a "Chrysler thing". I'm sorry, but new cars should simply work perfectly. I guess my thought process is if Chrysler can not figure out how to make all the electronics work in their vehicles, they shouldn't put them in.

To anyone thinking about buy a Chrysler, I submit one piece of advice... research as much as you can.

I do want to thank everyone on this forum for your help and advice. You are all truly more patient and understanding than I. Good luck to you all, Happy motoring, and be safe!

Very Sincerely,
MHD

Well good luck to ya! I really don't think there's a car make or model on the planet without its own problems though. What did you replace it with?

True, most cars either have a recall or TSB but for a brand new car to simply not work properly and for the mfg to brush it off as a "HEMI THING" that is rediculous.

I will say Chrysler has done a good job of convincing people their problems are acceptable.

I went back to Ford albeit notorious for recalls, their trucks are solid. I am now in a F150 Super Crew and love it.

Good luck to all and I wish you all the best!!!

I noticed the slugishness on my car more when "fuel saver mode" is on (running on 4 cylinders). If i am slowing accelerating just enough so that the MDS DOESN'T kick in then i WOT it, it freakin flys!!!!!, but if i have my cruise on and FSM is on then i WOT it, it's sluggish... i'm gonna try recalibrating my pedal and also trying the down shift trick with the autostick tonight
