Recommended PC-based scan tool for 300c?

I already have an option to read the error codes via either the EVIC or the FlashPaq tuner but i'm wondering if there's a more advanced CAN/ODBII + PC software that works together with my 2006 300c. It would be very cool to be able to see in real-time whether switches, sensors etc work as well as all the other information that goes back and forth on the CAN network. Ideally, the software would explain the codes too as opposed to have you go off and look them up. Surely there must be something like this out there for a couple of hundred $'s ?
