Headlight washers not working

I can't figure out how to get my headlight washers working. The roads are very wet and dirty with sand and salt and snow right now, and I'm finding the headlights are getting very dirty to the point of me not being able to see at night.

I have tried everything to try and get them to work, but they don't seem to want to squirt any washer fluid.

Any ideas?

even when they work they don't...

When they do work they only work every four triggers of the washer and then only for a frustratingly short period. Thus, if for some reason your lines to the washers aren't primed there might not be any fluid even though the pump is pumping (i.e. the pump isn't pushing fluid down the washer lines long enough to fill the line to the headlamps and then eject spray).

I'm not near my car right now, otherwise I would confirm the following, but you might want to check in the EVIC personal settings menu to see if there is an option to turn the washers on/off.

Already gone through all the personal settings and made sure that they aren't disabled in the EVIC. Guess it's off to the dealer.

the lights must be on when you engage the washers. after the initial spray, they spray every 4 times you engage the washers.

Yes, I've tried with both the lights on the auto position and on the on position. Day and night. I've pressed the button for the windshield washer many times. They simply don't function.
