Angry Sub standard door hinge installed by dealer

Took my 2006 limited in for bad driver door hinge (creaking at detents) they ordered two replacements, the put a different type on. The lower one has detents with a spring, the upper one has the pin a spring removed, asked the dealer about it, they stated this is the new type, and not the old closed face type. Now the door does not have the same firm detents, it feels like the upper hinge should also have a spring. The dealer issists this is the they way it should be.... Any one have this problem.????:

They changed suppliers all the new 08's have the "new" hinge as well. Get the old hinge back and lube it. Did you notice the new hinge is missing a detent? - the new one has two whereas the old one had three detents. Check the front right door and you'll see the difference
